Location, location, location! We select Chicago’s premier neighborhoods to build our homes. Street appeal, neighboring properties, lot size, walkability, schools, parks, access to public transportation, and proximity to restaurants, nightlife and shopping are all strong considerations we use to identify home sites. By prioritizing these elements, we deliver homes that enable our owners to move less frequently as their location needs evolve.
LIFESTYLE
Our homes are designed to be livable. Functionality is our primary objective, thought through in our floor plan decisions. Living a “Balanced Lifestyle” is an important goal for families today. Spaces must afford the ease of transition from entertaining, working from home, child’s playtime, or simply relaxing in your great-room or outdoor space. Usability is a must and we build our homes so that the owners feel comfortable.
DESIGN
We work effortlessly with our architectural partners to create a contemporary style. Clean lines and open floor plans along with an attention to detail set our homes apart from the norm. We design and select many of the unique features throughout our homes such as our Custom Range Hoods, Italian Quartz Tops, Italian Lighting Fixtures, Smart Switches and USB receptacles, and fashionable flooring and tile selection. We construct one-of-a-kind residences.

Every effort is made daily to produce a quality product. Our management team along with the dedicated sub-contractors understand the customer’s expectation from the start. The sense of urgency that we embody enable our craftsman to understand the importance of the extra attention to detail. We utilize proven building materials like James Hardie and natural limestone exteriors, spray foam insulation, white oak floors, energy efficient mechanicals and commercial appliances to ensure the durability of our homes.
